2025 INDUSTRY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD – NOMINATION FORM

This award recognizes a member of Supply-Build Canada who has contributed to their business, the building supply industry, Supply-Build Canada and the communities in which they live.

This is our association’s greatest honour. With the presentation of this award, Supply-Build Canada recognizes an individual who is or has been actively involved in the building supply industry, who has faced both challenges and opportunities and who wishes to share best practices with the association for the betterment of all members. This is an individual who has received the respect of fellow members through contributions to the industry, their community, and the Supply-Build Canada.

ELIGIBILITY

Any Supply-Build Canada member, including former members, current members, and their employees are eligible.

NOMINATING PROCESS

Nominations are open November 1 – December 20, 2025. Forms must be completed and submitted to the Supply-Build Canada office by December 20, 2024.

SELECTION

The Supply-Build Canada Board of Directors will carefully evaluate all nominations and select the recipient.
