The buildHER Committee is bringing something new to Showcase 2027: an event open to everyone who wants to lead with more confidence, think faster on their feet and make stronger connections across our industry.
Join professional improvisors and facilitators Angela and Meaghan from Ideate for Lead Like You Mean It: Presence, Pivots & Power — a 90-minute session built exclusively for buildHER.
And no, you won’t be doing stand-up comedy.
Instead, expect an energizing, informative and seriously fun workshop that uses an improvisor’s lens to tackle real leadership skills: owning the room, adapting under pressure, strengthening your presence and pivoting with confidence when things don’t go according to plan.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately — and new connections with people navigating many of the same challenges you are.
