About the Webinar
Geopolitical tensions. Extreme weather events. A supply chain that's still finding its footing. The world your home insurance policy was written for may no longer be the world you're living in.
You know what a 2×4 costs today. You know what a square of shingles runs. You understand labour shortages, material escalation, and what it actually takes to build — or rebuild — a home in 2026. The question is: does your insurance policy know what you know?
This webinar is designed specifically for building supply professionals — people who live and breathe construction costs, codes, and materials — and who deserve coverage that keeps pace with their expertise.
We'll cut through the insurance jargon and focus on three blind spots that are hiding inside typical homeowner policies right now:
- The Code Compliance Gap — What it actually costs to rebuild to today's standards, not the ones from when your home was built
- The Underinsurance Trap — How inflation has quietly created a financial gap between what your policy pays and what a rebuild truly costs
- Your Industry as Your Advantage — How the products your members manufacture and sell can work in your favour at renewal time
Supply-Build Canada members will also receive an introduction to their Member Benefits Marketplace as well as a guided tour through the various voluntary benefits available within the customized digital platform.
A Q&A will be available at the end of the webinar.
