Borderland Co-op is hiring a Lumber Yard Manager on a permanent basis for our Home Centre in Moosomin, Saskatchewan. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key part of our business and help shape its future. You'll influence the success of the lumber yard by building relationships, driving operational excellence, and helping customers bring their projects to life. What you’ll do:
• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy and customer-focused lumber yard.
• Drive business results by meeting sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
• Develop a high-performing team through leadership, coaching, and support.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective inventory, safety, and asset management.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in home and building products and:
• Have a large knowledge base of products sold within the lumber department, preference will be given to those with a construction background.
• Have experience leading a Team with a focus on customer service.
• Hold a valid Class 5 drivers license, and be willing to obtain training to operate equipment such as a forklift and skid steer.
