Job Description:

What you'll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-Op feel "at home here" through:
• Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
• Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project Estimation.
• Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads, and management.
• Demonstrate leadership throughout the Agro Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching.
• Business to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimations.
• Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts, and margins.
• Staying knowledgeable of lumber and a variety of product information.

Who you are: You are interested in a career in sales & customer service and:
• You have a High School diploma.
• You have a Class 5 Drivers Licence
• Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program
• Project estimating education/experience is an asset
• Training in Agro/Hardware/Lumber sales considered an asset
• 1+ years Supervisory experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
• You are physically able to do heaving lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel
