SUMMARY OF POSITION: The driver/yard worker is critical to the successful operation of a Windsor Plywood Store. They are responsible for products & materials entering, storing & leaving the Yard and the Store. This includes responsibility for sorting, picking, replenishment, yard cleaning, transfers, and inventory control. The Yard Worker is driven to produce high-paced quality results that create positive first impressions for customers upon entering the yard. In addition, the main role requires pickups and deliveries but when the schedule is open, that role would transition into Yard. No special endorsement required. Estimate 60% - 70% of the time will be spent driving.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Sales Associate primary focus is to serve customers through the entire sales cycle. The products sold require an order-fill and solution-based approach to meet the needs of our customers. You will be instructed to maintain - and capture new - sales relationships with key contractors. Assisting with walk-in customers is routinely required. You will be asked to use saw equipment from time to time when the need arises. Title: Construction Labourer (term)

Job Overview: Reporting to the Production Manager-Wall Panels, as the Manufacturing Labourer – Wall Panels you will perform general labour activities and provide support to the Production team. You also assist in ensuring cleanliness and organization of the job site.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Completing basic carpentry tasks, assembling wall panels, and properly securing the materials. Inspecting finished shipping packages for accuracy and quality.
• Ensuring wood is cut according to specified dimensions and angles.
• Examining work orders to determine equipment set up and procedures to be used.
• Building and stacking pony walls on skids and banding bundles with steel strapping.
• Operating diesel, electric or propane powered forklifts to safely move goods. Supplying production area with feedstock materials.
